This podcast interview with Alex Dumas was a great chat where we covered my book “Forging Excalibur-Rediscover Your Masculinity”, Masculinity, what it means to be a man and our toxic success driven society which is driving Men to places where they feel a lack of drive and purpose in life.

I enjoyed chatting with Rob James from The Underdogg Podcast all about my book Forging Excalibur, where we break down Masculinity and talk, in depth about The Seven Standards of Men which are the centrepiece of my book; the virtues I believe every Man could and should embody to become the very best version of himself possible.

It's Mental Health Awareness week. Every day of this week there will be a new Podcast on an area of Mental Health awareness, a message that needs to be heard, a conversation that needs to be had and the changes that need to be made!
Today I bring you Michael Lauria, Coach, Author and authority in the field of progressive masculinity.
Men are experiencing a crisis of identity. What it means to be a Man today is under so much more scrutiny than it ever has been, because of this Men are dying, suffering and being left at the way side. How can we stop this? Why is this happening? What needs to change?
What is healthy Masculinity? How can we be better, healthier more productive men?
Michael knows how, after experiencing an incredibly dark period in his life Michael vowed to turn his life around and embrace what it means to be a Man. Through adversity we build and explore ourselves, with courage and integrity we create ourselves, and through compassion we connect with ourselves.
If you are a Man who is struggling with your identity and question what it means to be a man and want to know how you can move forward from this point to a life of meaning and purpose?
Michael Lauria spent many years as a successful property investment strategist, but after experiencing personal relationship challenges his perspective changed.
Michael developed a passion for helping others in the midst of relationship struggles, and now, 15 years since that pivotal period in his life, he’s a dedicated relationship coach, mentor for men and a family therapist.
Michael’s approach to counselling is very different and his special focus is on helping couples create more loving and connected relationships, by coaching them to bring the unconscious to the conscious awareness. This empowers you to re-create your relationship from a deeper sense of self-awareness.
To date, Michael’s success rate in keeping couples together and creating healthier, more fulfilling and sustainable relationships is 100 percent.
Based on this success, he is now launching a book ‘Forging Excalibur’, which explores the process of ‘boy to man’ and ‘man to masculine’ by breaking societal patterns of behaviour and toxic beliefs, along with everything this entails and beyond.
This is a great discussion that will really open your mind to think about a lot of things that we often don’t take or make the time to contemplate. Enjoy this thought provoking discussion with Michael Lauria.
I loved chatting with Chris about all things Men’s Mental Health related. Our conversation went in a few different directions during this interview, and I don’t know how we managed to, but Donald Trump came up, as did Feminism and the #metoo movement. Some controversial topics that always lead to deep thinking.
On this episode, we are joined by Michael Lauria, a man with a lot of experience diving into the deepest oceans of what it means to be a man. He is a father, husband, coach, and author. He’s about to launch a book that will capture through the use of ancient wisdom insights into masculinity, success, mindset, money, relationships and parenting in our modern world.
